Fishery management

Our camp has a management agreement with our Provincial Ministry of Natural Resources. The objective of this agreement is to monitor and maintain the high quality of fishery on Holinshead Lake on a sustained basis.

Our catch-and-release policy encourages you to eat your daily limit (2) of fresh fish--the smaller, best-tasting fish--and release those over 18".  Measure the larger fish and get a replica graphite mount for these trophies.

This program will assure fishing at Holinshead Lake will be as good fifty years from now as it is today.
